Feline Fiesta Country stands firmly behind the health and happiness of every kitten we raise. Our goal is to provide families with healthy, well-socialized Birman, Siamese, and Maine Coon kittens, and we proudly offer a comprehensive health guarantee with every adoption.

Our Commitment to You

Every kitten from Feline Fiesta Country receives:

• A thorough veterinary health check before joining your family
• Appropriate vaccinations and deworming for their age
• Up-to-date medical records
• A signed health guarantee for your peace of mind

Coverage Details

Our health guarantee includes the following:

• Genetic and Congenital Conditions
  Assurance is provided that your kitten is free from life-threatening genetic and congenital conditions for the first 12 months of life.

• Viral & Infectious Diseases
  Protection is given against fatal viral or infectious diseases for 72 hours after arrival. Scheduling a veterinary exam within this period is required to confirm your kitten’s health and activate the guarantee.

If a Health Issue Arises

• In the event your veterinarian detects a covered congenital, genetic, or serious health issue within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately with the veterinary report.
• Depending on the diagnosis, a replacement kitten of equal value or another fair resolution will be offered.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide proper veterinary care, excellent nutrition, and a safe living environment for your kitten.
• Arrange for a wellness exam with your veterinarian within 72 hours of picking up or receiving your kitten.
• Keep all immunizations and health records up to date as recommended by your veterinarian.

Exclusions

Coverage does not extend to injuries, illnesses, or conditions resulting from neglect, improper care, or accidents after leaving our care. Minor or temporary conditions such as stress-related digestive upset that may occasionally occur after travel or rehoming are also not included.
